This clean modern home was designed by Alicia Zupan alongside the client, with every detail thoughtfully designed and selected. The house plans were designed from ground up, from floor plans, elevations, interior and exterior selections, lighting, plumbing, flooring, furnishings, etc. The design, the clients vision, and in collaboration with a great builder, this Modern Black home turned out gorgeous!!!

Grand Millenial in Quail Creek

Complete tear down/remodel and addition of this 1930's home. 
This remodel transformed a 2 story ranch home into a Southern beauty. We borrowed classic design elements from southern plantation style and coastal style homes. These include an expansive front porch, louvered style shutters in a coastal blue, window dormers along front, a classic pastel paint palette, and timeless and antiquated trim details throughout. It is a quintessential showcase of the client’s love for Grandmillenial style.

Home Design and Interior Design by Alicia Zupan- This was a complete concept, design, build project - All Home Design plans, cabinetry, hardware, plumbing, electrical/lighting were designed by Alicia Zupan. All custom draperies, bedding, furnishings, lighting and accents were procured through Ethan Allen Design Center OKC.
